I can't believe it's already December! We've been rocking around our Christmas tree for almost a month already but before we get to Christmas, first, we have to celebrate Thanksgiving. For Thanksgiving this year, we decided to go to Whistler. It's been a while since we've been - the last time we were there was back in 2018 when we went with the Mackies, and last time we went for Thanksgiving was back in 2008 , before any kids were born. It's not a holiday in Canada so Thanksgiving weekend isn't usually crowded, but it is opening weekend and hit-or-miss with snow. Our ski pass this year gave us opening weekend as a free weekend that didn't count against our pass days so we couldn't pass the opportunity! We booked a condo with our friends, the Wongs, that had a fantastic location - it was only a few feet from the Whistler lift.
